You’re committed to each other — but the way you work together isn’t flowing.
Whether you’re co-founders, co-parents, or simply building a life side by side, we help you create the clarity, structure, and connection your relationship needs to grow.
We work with couples/partners who are committed to their relationship — and to building something meaningful together.
Often, that means partners who are:
Running a business together and feeling tension around roles, decisions, or communication
Raising a family while trying to balance leadership, love, and logistics
Feeling out of sync, even though nothing is technically wrong
You’re not in crisis. You’re just not moving forward — at least, not in a way that feels clear, connected, or sustainable.
If conversations go in circles…
If decisions take too much effort…
If working together feels harder than it should…
You’re in the right place.
Our work is about more than better communication. It’s about designing a partnership that actually supports your life — emotionally, practically, financially, and spiritually.
Here’s what that looks like:
Clarity in roles and responsibilities, so nothing falls through the cracks
Decision-making that’s aligned and efficient, instead of draining
Communication that connects — without blame, shutdown, or looping arguments
Shared structure and rhythm, whether at home, at work, or both
Space for individual growth, not just “getting along”
A renewed sense of trust, momentum, and shared purpose
This is about more than staying together — it’s about building a life and partnership that work.
Whether you’re ready to dive in or just getting curious, there’s a path forward.
Posted on Bruce Greenstein Tapping into my subconscious sounded like hocus pocus. Going through structured exercises to uncover feelings I had not given voice to let alone even acknowledge was challenging but ultimately proved enlightening. It was more than just identifying memories and emotions from my past; rather it was exposing them to the light – hearing myself speak of them aloud – that freed me from some baggage I unknowingly held onto for years. Rich has an uncanny way of remaining with you during the entire process, fostering my ability to let things evolve naturally and meaningfully as I felt them to be without ever imposing his will on the process. A level of congeniality and trust was evident quite early. His summaries and email correspondence kept us on track and tied to achieving an outcome that served me. It’s uncanny to discover how parts of our mind can hold us hostage when it comes to health-related issues and daily routines. The final exercises that set me up for a future I desire were direct and felt entirely tangible particularly having already seen progress along the way. The ultimate kudos go to Rich and this process – for his focus, his genuine interest and ability to relate and connect with clients for their sake! Much thanks!!Posted on Brianna Capparelli Exceptional experience working with Rich. His insight, guidance and support has been invaluable in navigating the complexities of my relationship. He possesses a deep understanding of the human dynamics and communication, offering practical tools and strategies tailored to our specific needs. HIGHLY recommend.Posted on James Clarke Richard is an excellent communicator. He is also an expert in defusing high conflict issues. If you need help with couples coaching or parenting coordination, Richard is your guy.Posted on dan cap Rich Heller’s consistent and proactive approach to coaching provides positive accomplishments to his clients along with a sense of meaningful satisfaction. I have been working with Rich for the past several months and, as a Coach and business executive, I am envious as to how Rich is able to sense my needs. It is often difficult for clients to articulate the challenges that they are facing yet Rich’s consistent probing questions enables Clients to clearly identify the problem at hand. Rich’s methodology then enables him to work with his Clients as they develop realistic and achievable objectives necessary to satisfy the problem. My engagement with Rich centered around an inability to resolve an ongoing office problem. Working with Rich we identified several issues causing the problem and aided by his probing validating questions, I was able to institute corrective measures. The coaching assignment contributed toward rekindling my positive awareness, focus, and the confidence to take on any new challenges coming my way. I never hesitate to refer to him for relationship coaching of couples and individuals.Posted on Karen Patricelli Would definitely recommend Rich. I did a 1:1 coaching program with him to help me with the relationships with my ex-husband and my two teenage girls all of which were challenging for me. He is a great listener, asks thought provoking questions, and challenged me to think about things differently. The relationship with my girls has greatly improved and I show up calmer with my ex.Posted on Holly Cook My experience being coached by Richard was incredibly rewarding! First, I have worked with a variety of different coaches over the years, and the thing I appreciated right away was Richard’s ability to cut straight to the heart of the issue. Whether I was talking about a personal or professional relationship, he is masterful at listening deeply and bringing clarity to the process. Second, he has so much knowledge and wisdom around relationships and communication, I found myself wanting to pick his brain on so many other areas! Thankfully he always kept us on topic and on time, two things I highly value in a coach. I really enjoyed working with Richard and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve any relationship —family, friends, professional peers or clients.Posted on Rachel Williams My fiancé and I worked with Rich and he helped us build trust in our relationship after the trust was broken. Rich helped by helping us develop the skills to process our emotions, and build an action plan to move on. Rich is such a kind, personable, and caring person. From our first initial meeting, we knew we had to work with him. We are forever thankful for all that Rich has done for us, and are so looking forward to our wedding. I cannot recommend him enough, especially for some pre-marital guidance.Posted on Lisa Blume Kuckuk I worked with Rich as my coach for 6 months and we focused specifically on my desire to return to dating. I'm widowed 15 years, and have dated some but wanted to get back into dating with more intentionality around what I wanted and expected. Rich not only helped me to become clear on what I wanted in a relationship, he helped me navigate the dating experience with three separate men. Being able to process my thoughts out loud with Rich reflecting my thoughts back to me and asking thought provoking questions was so helpful. Rich is extraordinarily intuitive, cares deeply about his clients, and works toward his client's agenda with them. It's a true partnership in a coaching relationship that makes it so successful and is why I would highly recommend working with Rich as your coach.Posted on Suzette M. English I worked with Rich on identifying goals, and areas where I want to shift how I show up emotionally. This allowed me to better understand myself and not get in my own way. Rich is knowledgeable, kind and inspiring. My work with him was really meaningful.

I worked with Richard for several months and during that time, he proved to be insightful, observant, and honest. He always caused me to think and sometimes rethink my plan of action. I appreciate his candor and sometimes unconventional approach to coaching which caused me to explore options outside my comfort zone. Richard was wonderful to work with and I truly appreciate everything he helped me with. If you are looking for a coach who will challenge and encourage you? Richard is your guy, I highly recommend him.

Rich really is a phenomenal "peacemaker", which is definitely the appropriate label for what he does. I referred a friend to him, a very close friend. This friend was having a seemingly intractable issue with his spouse. They did a session with Rich, an introductory session to see if the 8-session program was the right mutual fit. Rich immediately was able to defuse the tension between my friend and his spouse. He got both sides out of the posture of "two cats with backs up and ready to fight". He evaluated the situation and after the first session, he was able to share feedback with the couple that completely transformed how they saw the situation causing them the friction. The couple processed what Rich advised, took some meaningful action, and just like magic, all the friction is gone. Needless to say, my friend is very happy with me recommending Rich to them. If you and your spouse are having issues, go see Rich. Just go

I have known Rich for about 6 years. What has struck me most about Rich and, in my opinion, his most endearing trait is his passion to help people become the best they can be. He works tirelessly to help people communicate, calmly, and in more effective ways so that they can enjoy real improvements in their relationships, whether it be in their marriage, parent/child relationship, or work environment. I admire his dedication and passion to help to improve the state of our communities, one person, one couple, one parent/child, one conversation at a time. Highly recommend Rich to anyone who is struggling and would like to turn their conflict into focus and create harmony in their relationships and in their lives
